On April 10th, from 9:00 to 12:00 CET, the third edition of the NOBALIS digital course “Research driven innovation” for administrative and technical staff will take place, targeting employees from our partner universities. This virtual training session aims to enhance understanding of the processes of innovation and commercialization, explore the role of universities in promoting innovation, and focus on the significant contribution of support functions and the role of administrative and technical staff in supporting innovation. It will also show how vital support services are, especially the work of administrative and technical staff like librarians, management, finance, communications, and technical workers, in helping with innovation.

The workshop will be led by Jorun Pedersen, Director of Ard Innovation and Head of the Technology Transfer Office at the Norwegian partner university NMBU. She has over thirty years of experience in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.
