On April 24th, members of HEIs’ internal working groups met for an inspirational seminar. Led by Dina Popluga from LBTU and Jorun Pedersen from ARD Innovation participants the seminar discussed the HEIs’ innovation ecosystems, their differences, how to share the learning and practices and with whom and what are the next steps. The practical exercise was brainstorming in different breakout sessions on what participants understand by the same terms and elements of innovation ecosystems and their experience and challenges related to those.
The seminar was part of NOBALIS WP2 that focuses on the innovation capacity building in the NOBALIS partner institutions. In Phase I partners mapped their innovation ecosystems. In Phase II, partners proceed with organizing internal working groups for innovation capacity building, development of policies and frameworks and their implementation plan.
The follow up activities are an innovation training for non-academics on June 7th and kick-off of internal work group meetings in each HEI.
