{"id":1066,"date":"2023-05-18T17:28:06","date_gmt":"2023-05-18T14:28:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nobalis.eu\/?page_id=1066"},"modified":"2024-02-06T12:55:12","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T10:55:12","slug":"fall-2023-program-for-student-and-student-staff-teams","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nobalis.eu\/index.php\/resources\/fall-2023-program-for-student-and-student-staff-teams\/","title":{"rendered":"Program for Student and Student-staff Teams 2024 spring"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Call for participation in the fall 2024 program<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">NOBALIS partners are inviting the students and student-staff teams working on an food and biotech related ideas to the NOBALIS Entrepreneurial and Innovation Capacity Development (EICD) programme for food, biotechnology and bioresource start-ups in the spring of 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For whom? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Student and student staff teams from the NOBALIS partner institutions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Estonian University of Life Sciences (EM\u00dc), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technology (LBTU), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Linnaeus University (LNU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teams <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">2- 5 people teams.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"> The program will offer an opportunity to find a team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The programme supports the <strong>development of the<\/strong> <strong>initial ideas<\/strong> related to new products\/services in food, biotech and biotechnology<strong> towards valid business models<\/strong>. The program will take place over 3 month period combining joint online sessions and events in the each university. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Hackathon and Matchmaking event  <\/strong> on <strong>March 6th at <\/strong>13- 17 CET<strong>: <\/strong>ideation and preliminary development of initial ideas and team formulation (online)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Mentoring programme<\/strong>:  teams receive mentoring and go through 3 intense development days focused on sustainable product development and MVP, sales and marketing, fundraising (public and private), pitching skills.  \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preliminary schedule (<em>online sessions)<\/em>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Session 1: March 20th 13- 16 CET<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session 2: April 3rd   13- 16 CET<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session 3: April 17th 13- 16 CET<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Demo Day:  <\/strong>on May 2nd 14- 17 CET.
